AVOID THESE COMMON MISTAKES
Not enough shipping time
oYour order must be placed by 4pm Eastern Time
if you want it shipped out the same day
oIf you place your order after 4pm ET, it
cannot ship until the next day
oExample: It's 8pm Monday evening and you place
an order using 2Day Express shipping. You need to specify a delivery date of
THURSDAY (or later) because it can't ship out until Tuesday, and the transit
time is 2 days.

Requesting Ground delivery to a HOME address on a Monday
oFedEx does not deliver GROUND packages to HOME
address on MONDAYS.
oYou must use one of the Express options if you
need your order delivered on a Monday.
Not scheduling a buffer day
oSCHEDULE YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE EARLY.
Shipping can be affected by things that are beyond our control such as weather.
Once in a while, shipments are delayed. Protect yourself by requesting a
delivery date that provides time for us to help get a shipment back on track.
oIf you find yourself thinking, "I'll be
in a mess if this doesn't arrive on time", then re-think your delivery
date or shipping method.
