The Zeiss Batis 85mm f/2 Lens is a short telephoto prime lens designed for full frame Sony E-mount cameras. It's a perfect lens for portraiture, giving great focus control. The big, bright 1.8 aperture and optical stabilization make this an ideal lens for working in low light and slow shiutter speeds. This lens focuses fast and quietly, and is extremely sharp.
The Batis-series lenses use an OLED display on the lens barrel and when the camera is set to manual, highlights the focus distance and depth of field.
